As Covid-19 cases skyrocketed, first responders were faced with a new crisis: a shortage of face masks. Compelled to help his community, AJ remembered the Loki mask and began printing reusable face masks with HEPA certified filters using his 3D printers. With the help of family and the local community, The Mask Initiative was born, quickly expanding to 20 printers and donating 4000 masks to first responders.
